Notes

  • Trustee Savings Bank became the TSB Bank.
The TSB merged with Lloyds in 1995 and they amalgamated the Newmarket branches, closing the bank in Wellington Street and retaining the Lloyds branch at No.s 46-48 High Street.
Now in 2013 Lloyds TSB are divesting themselves of some of their branches, re-branding them as TSB again.
Those remaining (which includes Newmarket) are reverting back to being just Lloyds Bank again.

Dullingham Ley Dairy milk float standing outside Grange Farmhouse, Dullingham Ley.
Written on the reverse is 1908, John Bullen, Dullingham Ley, Cambs.
It is believed that John Bullen is in the milk float and Mr Cecil Holland is standing behind his horse.
Mr Holland farmed at Grange Farm and the Bullens were an old Dullingham Ley family.
